In Hebrews 5:11-6:3, we find out that the Jewish believers in Jerusalem had hatched a "brilliant" scheme to alleviate their persecutions & suffering. However, man-made solutions to spiritual problems rarely make things better. In fact, they usually make things much worse. The solution is to mature in their spiritual commitments.
